30-day returns

we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. if something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

to be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in the same condition you received them

  • unused and unopened

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

if your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

damages & issues

please check your order as soon as it arrives.
if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at phasebloomuk@gmail.com so we can make it right.

non-returnable items

due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • perishable goods once opened (including food products)

  • sale items or gift cards

if you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, email us — we’re always happy to clarify.

exchanges

the quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved), then place a new order.

european union 14-day cooling-off period

if your order is shipped to the european union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

returned items must be:

  • unused and unopened

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

refunds

once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
